1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Ellalabs website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Ellalabs provides creative and technology services including brand identity, website development, graphic design, content creation, and email setup. Specific terms for each service are outlined in the relevant service agreement provided upon engagement.
3. Payment
All service fees are payable as outlined in your service agreement or quote. Work commences only after payment is received. Ellalabs reserves the right to withhold deliverables until payment is confirmed.
4. Intellectual Property
All work created by Ellalabs remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client. Ellalabs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions
Two revision rounds are included in all creative services. Additional revisions are charged as per the relevant service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ellalabs' liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are outlined in each service agreement. Generally, a cancellation fee applies if work has commenced.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
